Drink Yourself In.
Encourage yourself.
Feel the body pour forward,
Diving into what you are currently participating in.
Dive into where you are.
Pour yourself into the yoga posture,
the conversation, the ideas, the task,
the atmosphere,
the opening.
Everything is as it should be
You only need to close your eyes,
Smile
And allow.
Dance into it all.
Use your breath
Down into your belly
To cope.
No outside source or validation is needed
Not now.
Not ever.
Your breath is your own YOUnique source of untouched,
wholesome medicine.
You hold the ocean in your exhales
Depth in your inhales.
You choose to rise from the darkness,
daily.
In search of more.
You have chosen to devour the present moment
With all that you are.
To feel something.
To feel alive.
And here you are
You are here.
So Hum.
